This was exactly the experience we were looking for! We learned to make authentic Guatemalan dishes, and will take the lessons and recipes home! Great service, great views, great food! It was a very intimate and enjoyable experience that I highly recommend.

The visit to the market, ride in the TukTuk, and preparing an authentic meal over a wood burning griddle while watching a volcano erupt in the background is an experience I will never forget! Everything we ate and drank was exceptional! I highly recommend this tour.

This Guatemala cooking class and market tour was one of the highlights of my trip! Milton has a true passion to get to know his guests and make them feel at home in his beautiful home and country.
The market tour was educational and fun, but the real highlight is cooking delicious food on the rooftop overlooking Fuego volcano. Making the food was fun, and it tasted so good! For anyone traveling solo, Milton is quick to respond and can see if there are other solos booked to put you in a class with them. 100% book -- this will be the highlight of your trip!

We had a wonderful time cooking with Milton and his wife. We toured the market, road a tuk tuk, and enjoyed a rooftop view of the volcano erupting nearby. They took excellent care of us.

Milton was an excellent host and teacher. He introduced us to a wide variety of native fruits and foods at the local market. We then cooked an authentic 4 course Guatemalan meal at his rooftop studio in the nearby hills. There were five of us guests in total so it was a very small and fun group. Highly recommend!! You will not be disappointed!!

It was just me and Milton and we had a great time. Even though I was solo, there was great conversation and I could ask all the questions I wanted. We made a lot of good food and I couldn't even eat it all. Would recommend to try some authentic food.

We had a wonderful time with Milton and his sister. We learned how to make traditional guatemalan food. We made pepian de pollo tostados, roasted salsa, and rellenitos. Everything was excellent. I can't wait to get home and make these recipes.
