The trip was cancelled via email 2.5 hours before pick up time (at 5 am local time - pick up time was at 7:30 am).
We were lucky that we got up early enough to have time to contact Viator and that they helped us find an alternate trip for the same day.

It was a memorable trip for my husband and I. Lorant was an exceptional tour operator, he made sure that we all were comfortable through out the trip. Highly recommended to any one visiting Austria.
