The tour is an immersive and interactive experience that will take you from ancient mayan life to actual Cozumel daily life.
You will learn about the region rituals and traditions in a recreated mayan village in the jungle, experience interactive workshops with alive characters to dive deeper into the culture and take a visit to the local market and amaze yourself with the variety of produce and local delicies (and try some if you want).
Finally you will enjoy a delicious and fulfilling lunch experience in two different spots in the island where you will be able to prepare some of the dishes by yourself in our short hands-on workshops, enjoy delicious local food, have some fresh beverages and if you wish, have a beer or two at a local "cantina".

Our family had an amazing time on the food tour in Cozumel! Exploring the recreated Mayan town in the jungle was like stepping back in time, and the interactive workshops were a hit with the kids. The visit to the local market was a feast for the senses and lunch at the two restaurants was absolutely delicious – the use of local and natural ingredients really made the flavors pop. Overall, it was an educational and tasty experience that the whole family enjoyed!

This was definitely an experience not to miss! My poor husband was not feeling well the original scheduled day of our tour, and the staff was kind enough to reschedule for the following day at no extra charge! The next day, husband was still not feeling well enough, but I decided to still go on my own; and I’m so glad I did!
The guides and staff were so friendly and knowledgeable and I thoroughly enjoyed being immersed in the Mayan culture, both past and present! The information was so interesting, the surroundings were beautiful, and the food was delicious! I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cozumel!

The Mayan Magic tour is an experience that I would highly recommend without a doubt. I particularly enjoyed the opportunity to prepare conch ceviche, a delicious delight, and undoubtedly, the tamales were my favorite part. I was eager to try them, and they exceeded my expectations.
The overall experience is unique, from immersing yourself in the preparation of traditional dishes to experiencing how they were in the past, now brought to the present, immersing you in the rich Mayan culture. Don't miss the opportunity to be part of this fascinating journey!
