Today’s was my brother and I first official tour in Japan and it was definitely a memorable one. I’ve been planning this trip for quite a few months and seeing live all the different sceneries we got to see today was amazing. Hikari was an amazing guide, he was super fun and helpful . He truly helped make this tour a memorable one.

It was a cloudy day but she decided to show us her impressive beauty and for short periods of time Mt. Fuji displayed her majesty! Our tour guide Hikari was amazing , witty and full of information!

Wonderful day out learning about the history of the areas we visited. Hikari is very knowledgeable, patient with the group and fun. Was a cloudy day so couldnt see all of Mount Fuji but it was enough to witness in person. Visiting the 8 oceans village was really nice. I respect the Japanese culture and grateful I got to experience some of it in the trip. Walking the 400 steps to the shrine was a challenge, its possible to do it in the time given and worth it for the view, pictures and to say I done it.

We had an excellent tour with our guide Hikari. The tour covered a lot of beautiful sights with amazing cherry blossoms in full bloom. Hikari was funny, attentive, and caring for everyone in our tour group. I highly recommend this tour and guide Hikari.

The trip was great, we were so lucky with the weather we could get to see Mt Fuji in its greatest splendor! In addition our guide Hikari was so good, caring all time about the group, making it a better experience with his niceness and explanations!

Was given the wrong time for hotel pickup add on service which led to a frustrating beginning of the day. Communication was difficult trying to reach tour guide as no one was picking up the phone. Had to contact Viator customer service to assist. Once we located our guide it was a pleasant experience. Really enjoyed all the stops included. They ran a bit long—about 11 hours which included traffic. We ended up having to cancel a dinner reservation we had for 7pm.
Loved the tour overall but the company running it was a bit disorganized.
