There's a lot of confusion with the pickup and the van and stopping at different locations and a lot of wasted time before we arrived. We drove the ATVs on the same road that the van drove on and there was nothing scenic. The cenote was great, I wish we had more time there. After lunch they made us wait a very long time for transportation back to the drop off point.

The excursion was nice, I didnt like the fact that I had to pay a additional $48.00 once I got there. All fees should have been included in the original reservation and payment

Atv ride was great, food was great to end an adventurous day. Although we had a challenging start to the day, the staff handled it with great care.
