Terrible experience. I ended up doing it by myself. Do not recommend. They did not send me the tickets electronically as they said they would. They sent them later than the time slot agreed on. Please, do not use this agency or any of these tourist traps!

Getting the tickets and using the tickets was very easy. I appreciate that everything is eletronic. I would use Viator again.

Die Tickets wurden über TripAdvisor gebucht. Ich erhielt per Email nicht die Tickets sondern einen Abholgutschein. Der Laden in dem man den Gutschein einlösen konnte war 1 km vom Colloseum entfernt. Die Eintrittszeit war nicht wie gebucht 16:00 sondern 16:45. die Tickets kosteten eigentlich 18€, ich bezahlte 45€ pro Erwachsener. Totale Abzocke.

We got to the coliseum at 10:00 our ticket time. They would not
Let us in messaged the company they said to go to picture 2. When we got there they wouldn’t accept our tickets. Messaged them again. They didn’t respond for 2 hours. By that time we had to leave for a different tour and they would not refund our money.

Easy to pick up a ticket. Very polite service and good description of how to find the correct queue. Ticket collection is located a short distance from the Colosseum itself.

We purchased and then clicked "Download PDF tickets" and "email me ticket". We were told at the venue those were actually NOT the tickets as the website clearly said they are, but a voucher to redeem at a shop a mile away. We missed the entry and were told we should have read TC&C's. Support did not answer and after that also responded that the tickets needed collection. On top of this an optoop to see tickets in app, sending me on an endless loop of "confirm your email" and verification mail SW ding me back to "confirm your email". I did this loop 100 times, and then we had to move on with my friend crying. They have major tech and collection issues, as well as a website saying "download tickets" that downloads anything but. AVOID

Fast-Track is way to go. So many people in lines, you don't have to wait to enter with these tickets. But I wished we purchased them couple of moths ago, it would have been cheaper.

The skip-the-line ticket is practical because it allows you to enter at the precise time chosen when booking and it is valid for 24 hours. On the other hand, the price is far too expensive compared to the normal price of tickets that you can buy on site (even if there is a risk that the site will be full if you don't take care a little). in advance). The ticket does not allow you to skip the line for the Forum and the Palatine Hill, you have to queue anyway. So mixed opinion.

It’s a huge place and confusing where to wait and show the ticket. By mistake the tour operators had put someone else’s tickets on my name for June for we were denied entry twice and we had to double check where our ticket was to show them correct barcodes
