If you're into Joseon period drama, this is a must. There were so many clothing pieces from which you can choose. The mistake I made was signing up for a 1.5 hour duration. I wish I had signed up for more than 1.5 hours. It would have been nice to have worn the hanbok longer for more picture taking opportunities. 1.5 hours was not enough.

It was a super busy store. Mia from the Second floor of the store helped my family a lot. I am a plus size and she helped me a lot on choosing my hanbok for the day. Too bad they don’t have a photographer around to take a studio photo. I hope they offer it in the future.

The management need to put benches or chairs for customers
They have too little staff for the number of online customers who unknowingly did not expect very slow service .

No one to help out and decided to help ourselves. Went to the cashier, paid for the amount they told me. When I came back after touring the palace, they said I did not pay for the men’s shoes and made a comment that almost felt like I was being accused of stealing/robbing them. I checked before to the cashier and I believe it would be their job to check whether or not they have received all their money. Don’t accuse me of not paying and make it my fault. It was not a pleasant experience. I would prefer to go to the next doors nearby. Better service and slightly cheaper.

I went with a couple friends! We rented some hanbok from a nearby place and then you can go into the palace for free. Though, entrance fee is only like ~$2 USD. The palace is really really pretty! It was also fun seeing a lot of other people in hanbok as well! It was quite hot as it was July, but it was fun regardless!

This was one of my most favorite experiences of my trip to Seoul. The company has a great system to allow many people the chance to try hanbok. I will 100% do it again!

We had an okay experience! It was very busy and we felt a little rushed. The people that work here are friendly, but they are spread a little thin with all of the people. Once we got to Seoul we realized that there are a ton of places to reserve the hanbok for very cheap, and this place is one of the busiest for tourists (probably because they advertise on tripadvisor). Next time I would probably find a place that's a bit closer to the palace that accepts walk-ins instead of making an appointment.

I do not like to write negative reviews but this was a terrible experience. They open at 9AM on the dot but there is no line control by the staff, just a bum rush by everyone indoors. When they do decide to exercise some order, they put us in the really long line to register/leave deposit while they let everyone who came after us in the shorter line which leaves us dead last to go downstairs to select our hanboks. This will then leave you waiting even longer if you are doing your hair - I skipped it and just put my own hair in a ponytail. They also filled out our information at registration incorrectly, causing confusing and delays when we were ready to go after getting changed.

The sign that says RETURN is not the return line, it's actually next door with no sign which then causes you to lose your place and have to wait even longer. Some staff is super rude which I don't really come across often when traveling.

Overall, this is so chaotic, disorganized and not even cheap compared to the other shops that come before this store if you're walking into the hanbok alley".

One Stone Two Birds. You get a free pass to the palace if you wear the Hanbok. The staff members are very attentive, speaking Chinese/Japanese/English if needed. I recommend this place.

This place was pretty hard to find. In the group of hanbok shops this is the one with yellow store sign. It would have been helpful if the listing mentioned the name of the shop which is “Hanboknam.” Type of Hanbok available was mediocre. Hair styling was free but there are more fancy ones that you can choose from that costed a little bit of money like 3000 or 5000 Korean won.
