"A Day at a Japanese Countryside School" is a service that allows foreign tourists to experience one of the hidden charms of Japanese culture: the good old days of a "Showa-era school" (located in Kimitsu City, Chiba).
In a certain Japanese countryside town, set in the showa period.. Surrounded by nature and pastoral landscapes, you'll enroll for a day at a school standing in the midst of it all. An actual "homeroom teacher" will conduct classes. Participants will wear school uniforms, including gakuran and sailor suits. The experience starts with an entrance ceremony, followed by morning homeroom, day duty, lessons in calligraphy and history, school lunch, and a sports festival... culminating in a graduation ceremony where diplomas are awarded. You will have a simulated experience of the "school life" that Japanese students have gone through.
