Thoroughly enjoyable day, with my guide Stephen, who was very enthusiastic. His love for the animals shone through and made the experience extra special.
The giraffes were amazing and the baby elephants.....well what can you say about baby elephants, they were just gorgeous. Both facilities were amazing in the care they give these young animals as the slowly introduce them into the wild after they have raised them to be able to care for themselves .

Horrible experience, we never got a chance to visit David Sheldrick was the highlight of the trip. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE THIS COMPANY THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED. No apology or explanation given just a mutter about ticketing procedures changing, which conveniently they advised us of this at 4pm the day before we were due to go on the trip, conveniently after it become non refundable!

Wellington the guide/driver was fairly knowledgeable and pleasant. The Giraffe center was short and enjoyable and the baby elephants were mischievous and surely entertaining

We had the most amazing day with Wellington, our guide! We went for a half a day tour (giraffe center, elephant orphamage, bead fabric), everything was well planned out and on time. Very friendly and helpful guide, also took us to a local place for lunch where we tried real african food, loved it! Giving 10/10 for this trip and recommend Wellington a 100%. The visit to the Elephant orphanage and Giraffe centre was an amazing experience. The guide, Stephen, was exceptional, professional and very knowledgable. Would definitely recommend to everyone visiting Nairobi

The Guide Took good photos of the visitors.
It was important to him that the visitors have an experience.
The encounters with the giraffes and feeding them was my personal highlight.
The presentation in the elephant orphanage was very interesting.

Steve was on time to pick us up, pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and a safe driver. He followed all Covid protocols. He was great. I highly recommend him.
