This experience was the best. We had a private driver who arrived at 4:30 am. We traveled to Teotihuacan for a light snack and coffee. Then we took a hot air balloon tour over the city. Ian was our guide, a native of Teotihuacán, he explained everything to us. perfect experience.

We loved the tour, they were super friendly, from the moment they picked us up at our Airbnb, super punctual and attentive, Ian was always aware of what we needed, the tour is incredible and the balloon ride cannot be compared, I definitely recommend the tour .

Such a lovely experience, definitely worth it! The team were seamless from the pick up to lunch, they also gave us a tip to sit on the terrace so we had a view of the temple as we ate. They took really good footage from the drone/ cameras and they were all ready by the time we got back to base. Learnt a lot of new information at the artisan shop as well despite being in Mexico a week and a half already. Great service thank you so much for a wonderful day

The guides were really good, the explanation of the history of mezcal and opal was done really well, and the hot air balloon ride was very peaceful. Diana did a great job of making sure we were taken care of and documented our trip in the most beautiful way.
