Vladimir was extremely knowledgeable about everywhere we visited. The tour was an excellent way to explore beautiful Montenegro while learning about the history along the way. It was the best tour we have ever done anywhere and we really enjoyed it. Thank you Vladimir!

Vladimir was waiting for us when we got of the cruise ship. What a beautiful city and a perfect tour. We went to Perast first and were able to beat the crowds to the town and to the boats that take you to the beautiful Our Lady of the Rocks church. We skipped going to Budva due to concerns around traffic due to a race that was scheduled for the day, but spent the extra time enjoying the wonderful old town of Kotor.

Our guide Miroslav was so knowledgeable but also very funny and kind! He drove our party of four to a few breathtaking places and did so in a safe manner. Pickup and drop off at the cruise port was easy. This was such an amazing day I would definitely recommend this tour to small parties looking to spend a day in beautiful Montenegro with no stress and a guide who manages the whole day for you.

This was one of the best tours we have done. Drazen was our tour guide and he was fantastic - his English was perfect, he was very friendly and explained to us the key sights around the old town Kotor and I learnt so many things I didn’t know before about Montenegro. I would definitely do this tour again and I highly recommend this agency because of its professionalism and excellent organization!

Our guide Ivana was the best part of our tour. Funny, knowledgeable, attentive to our interests and needs. The old town of Dubka was especially enchanting and as she grew up there she had much inside knowledge. The tour was only 4 hrs which was perfect for one couple who have walking issues. The scenic drive was lovely and perfect stops were made for photos. The tour was a last minute add on to our cruise, but it was great and we are so glad we added it.

We met George, our guide, at the pier in the middle of a rain shower. Under umbrellas, we found a nice tall gentleman holding a sign with our name. He ushered us to a Mercedes passenger van. We hopped in and he introduced himself to this party of 5.

We made friends and were ready for a classroom filled excursion to discover the marvel and history of his country. Born in Montenegro, raised since 7 in Toronto Canada, his English was perfect. After working in Canada as a civil engineer he returned to his home country with his wife for more comfortable pace of life more suited for raising a family. To find a private tour guide that spoke both languages fluently was a plus.

He mentioned a few places and off we went. We asked questions and he did, to feel us out as to what would be of interest to his passengers. We saw places and walked and learned a tremendous history lesson of Montenegro. From hundred of years ago to the present we learned of the struggles this tiny country has been through. Being from the USA, we don’t find hundred of year old cites or fortresses. We even stopped for a snack and we just chatted like a groups of friends just chatting.

There was never a hint that we were approaching the end of the tour due to time. George was personable and knowledgeable (actually passionate). He would have kept going till he either ran out of gas or we shouted that we need to be back to the ship. If in Montenegro, ask for George of Mont Travelers. You won’t be disappointed.

We stopped on our Mediterranean cruise in Kotor, Montenegro and had made arrangements to tour the surrounding areas including the mountains that overlook Kotor. We found Mont Travelers online through other past cruisers recommendations. We booked online with Dimitrije Jovicic (owner/operator of Mont Travelers) for a private tour for our afternoon in this beautiful Balkan city and surrounding area.

We met Dimitrije Jovicic outside the cruise ship terminal in his very modern and clean European car. After some pleasantries, we headed for our afternoon of adventure to get a taste of Montenegro!

We got to see so much on our 4 hour private tour including a walking tour of the old town of Budva, panoramic drive through Budva Riviera, panoramic drive up the mountain and a truly incredible photo stop above Kotor's Bay where we could see our cruise ship and the entire peninsula that we sailed in through, and finally we had requested to have an authentic meal which we did in the mountain village of Njegusi that was nice also.

Dimitrije was very personable and knowledgeable, and we enjoyed getting to know him a little and we asked a lot of questions about the people of Montenegro.

Great tour to see the old towns of Kotor and Budva. It was my 3d tour organized by Dimitrije and as before pefectly organized and very punctual. I visited many places of interest and had photo stops at the most beautiful places of Montenegro in a short period of time. Many thanks for a good organisation.
