This was a wonderful FULL DAY experience with our guides and driver!
We chose this tour specifically because of the early pickup & early arrival to all the sites- to better experience everything with less crowds & we were very glad we did as they told us Sundays chichen gets upwards of 8000 visitors!
Another factor in our choosing this tour was the amount of time we were allotted at each stop was more than many other tours I saw. We were very pleased to have time to learn with our guide as well as be free and explore for plenty of time at each stop without feeling rushed.
Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and personable. We felt safe the entire day. We were very glad to have this more authentic experience off resort and highly recommend to those visiting the area!!

Awoke early to be in the lobby for a 5:30am pickup. Started leaving messages for tour company at about 5:50pm and later for Viator. The tour guide responded to a message and was surprised we hadn’t been picked up yet, but she hadn’t either. She later called back to let us know the bus had broken down and the tour was cancelled. I understand that situations like this can happen, but neither the tour company or Viator were proactive about anything. I did receive a message later that my request for a full refund would be honored.

Highly recommended experience, the staff with extensive knowledge of the subject, I will definitely repeat the adventure with them, the guide Francisco and the driver Julián are wonderful people.

We booked the excursion from Spain based on the comments we had read and the truth is that they perfectly meet what they offer.
Maximum punctuality, very small groups, very comfortable transportation and a guide with a lot of knowledge of both Mexican history and the places to visit, which allows you to avoid lines and take "shortcuts" to avoid large tourist groups.
The communication prior to the excursion is also very good, via WhatsApp giving all kinds of information. We were so pleased with the first excursion that once there, we booked another to Tulum, Cenotes and swimming with turtles and we would have done a third to Isla Mujeres, but our daughter was not feeling very well.
Super recommended!!!

We have just arrived from an excursion to Chichén Itzá, Ik-kil cenote and Valladolid, everything has been perfect, besides the day has been a little cloudy and the temperature has been good. The best thing without a doubt is the guide, Antonio, very nice and friendly, and with all the possible information on the subject, he is a true encyclopedia, you can tell that he likes what he does and he transmits the history of his town to you with love and a lot of information , cultural and scientific, a true expert. I leave you a spectacular photo of Chichén Itzá, impressive.

First of all: our guide, Jesús, was incredible nownageble, and his english was very good. Made the trip very interesting indeed!
The driver was Aldo very Nice, drive safely and also, showed up the very minute pickup was scheduled.
Nice car, safe drive, early departure so the heat was vearable and there was few other people there - all in all a very Nice tour👍.

Very happy with our tour. It did entail a very early start (5 am), but this was necessary to ensure we reached Chichenitza by early morning-the best time to see ot before the temperature got too high. All credit to our driver, Jorge who arrived bang on time and was polite and helpful throughout the trip.
Our guide, Jesus was knowledgeable and entertaining and worked hard, we felt, to deliver an enjoyable experience to his clients.
Highlights of the trip were the temple ruins, of course, but also the visit to the cenote-the memory of swimming in that deep pool, with thecsunlightcl streaming down through the trees and illuminating the surface of the water will stay with me for a long time.
Overall no hesitation to recommend this tour.

Our tour guide and driver were on-time, knowledgeable, and very informative. The Mayan ruins we're very interesting, and the Cenote was amazing as well as refreshing!
