Was never called to schedule a pick up for my excursion. Until I called a few times to the number given and left a message, I received a call back almost at 8 in the evening the previous night. By the. I re-booked my trip elsewhere because I didn’t want to miss it. Bad customer service.***

I unfortunately did not get to do my excursion of Tulum. After purchasing my tickets I did not receive a call with my pickup information until the night before and only because I had left a voicemail at the number indicated. But because I had not received the confirmation and did not want to miss the opportunity of not going to Tulum I had to book with another company.
Terrible customer service!
