Amazing experience! Our driver, Aleks did a wonderful job in communicating and keeping us on schedule. Such a wonderful day of enjoying wine and not having to worry about the logistics of everything. Highly recommend!

A great, stress free way to visit wineries. Our driver, Douglas, was knowledgeable about the history as well as the wines so added color to each stop. Without a doubt the best, and safest, way to enjoy the day.

The private tour was a perfect experience for our first time to Napa. Our driver Evan was kind and accommodating. He suggested experiences we would have not known about. Highly recommend.

We loved being able to sit back and enjoy the wine tastings without having to worry about driving and navigating through wine country. We did a private Napa tour one day and private Sonoma another. I would recommend doing the longer tours if possible. Lonny was our driver and he was amazing! He made sure we were comfortable and kept us on schedule, while pointing out interesting facts between tastings. He was even able to make an impromptu reservations for us at a wine tasting. We had a great time and requested Lonny drive both of our tours. If you are able to make a request for a driver Lonny is an excellent choice!

We booked this private tour with Cardinal Transportation via Viator (Trip Advisor). We were told the SUV was sold out but the sedan was still available. Within 15 minutes of paying $399.50 and receiving email confirmation for our pick up at 9 am the next morning, I received a text message from an unknown number stating that they would not be able to service the tour for at least 48 hours. When I informed this person that would not work for us as we were leaving town in 48 hours the reply was "I'll see what I can do." I never heard back from this person again despite several text messages. I tried calling the phone but the voice mailbox was full and could not accept messages. I called the main phone number for Cardinal Transportation and left a message but never received any call back. A simple "Sorry we can't do it" would have been suffice but to not answer when the pick up time for the tour is within 12 hours is completely unacceptable. We (the customers) were stuck in the middle of your miscommunication with the third party booking agent ( Viator). If you could not accommodate us you should have told Viator that the tour was sold out and take it down from the website. Or perhaps a novel idea...answer someone's text message or phone call. This is terrible customer service. Upon reading other reviews about Cardinal Transportation, this seems to be their modus operandi. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I did a lot of research into car service options for Napa and Cardinal was def the best deal. Car (Lincoln sedan) was very clean and driver was timely. I would definitely use their services again for future trips to Napa. I highly recommend anyone looking for a car service to book with Cardinal based on my experience.

Planned out the best trip for Napa. Mason was extremely helpful in finding an itinerary that fit what we wanted. Unfortunately we got stuck in Chicago and were unable to make it. Luckily mason was so accommodating and due to that we were able to receive a refund. Most definitely will be booking with him when we are able to come back!!

A great sampling of Sonoma and Napa In one day! Sorry we did not experience all of the great itinerary, but will definitely plan another wine trip. This is a private business.... Mason was outstanding! His attention to detail, listening to clients expectations for their trip experience, and attentive service shows on the final trip day! He was able to give first hand info, on local area, history of the wineries, and types of wine specifically... wealth of knowledge. He also provided an itinerary after speaking and getting to know you. very reliable and good communication. I will pass along to friends! Also, for success it takes great teamwork and our driver, Alex was outstanding!! He was very personable and accommodating to all our needs. He maintained a fun friendly, but always professional attitude (opened doors, provided water, photo opportunity golden gate, and a safe comfortable clean vehicle)... both Mason and Alex helped to make our wine country trip full of family memories! When we return, without a doubt would do all over!! Worth it to go private!
