Attending this Samurai School was an incredible experience! I felt like a real samurai, learning etiquette, rules, and participating in exciting fight choreography. The instructors were passionate and supportive, making the practice with swords (竹光刀) both fun and educational. Highly recommend for anyone interested in Japanese culture or martial arts!

This was so fun!
I would say this is the best experience in Tokyo for me.
First, I became a samurai by wearing samurai costume & choosing japanese sode. Then I learned samurai action & japanese spirits which have a long history.
I was a solo participant but my teacher was super friendly & open minded so I could enjoy more.
What's more, they took a lot of pictures & videoes of me. Especially, the video of final performance is as amazing as a scene of movies. It's so precious to me!

Unlike other forms of swordsmanship, this activity emphasized action, allowing me to channel my emotions directly into being a samurai. It was an incredibly exciting hour. Training with the masters was intense, and experiencing something so unique in Japan was truly invaluable.

The solemn dojo was also wonderful, and it's something you should definitely experience at least once.
