My excursions were canceled do to bad weather, and I was told I would receive a full refund, which I have not got yet. I called the merchant ,and he said he would began the refund process.

Taking the catamaran tour was a fantastic experience. My partner and I were on vacation in Cancun and this was definitely the best choice. The agency was super punctual and attentive, a perfect 10!
We had so much fun. The crew was great, very friendly and cool. We went snorkeling and saw amazing fish. The beach club was beautiful and the food was delicious.
Everything was perfect and we had an incredible time. If you’re in Cancun, this tour is a must!
