Son poco flexibles con las llegadas tarde con justificación clara. Nos extraviamos en la ciudad por el trancon y no nos permitieron entrar. Tuvimos que pagar de nuevo. Al ingresar no tienen ningún tipo de orden, tú decides cómo recorrerlo pero la audioguía no es clara . Además no nos aclararon que los menores no pagaban, compramos la boleta e igual se perdió.
La oportunidad de conocer el interior es muy buena pero si puedes adquirir las entradas directamente en el coliseo es mucho mejor.

I came here before, so that's why I only needed entrance this time. Otherwise, I recommend tours to visit these sites to get the full experience. Also, take your time and water.

Coliseum was a great experience, but this audio tour did not follow any sequence, so just be prepared if that is important to you. Enjoyed with the family!

Once you have taken your tickets, do not queue but go to the entrance 10 minutes before the time indicated on the ticket.

The buying experience was not good to start with. There was no proper communication. The booking agency number mentioned was from India. There was also a local number in US. When called, they did not know anything about this tour operator (called Binge) or anything about my reservation. I almost thought I was scammed.
I then called India number during India time and there they were able to confirm.
The actual tickets arrived 48 hrs in advanced as mentioned. But directions to Audio were totally missing. We saw colosseum without the audio.
I bought tickets because I trusted tripadvisor name. I will never buy through tripadvisor again.
Shame of tripadvisor for operating with such agencies.

Highly recommended! All was great - clear instructions, no waiting. We entered quickly and then inside the Colosseum we took tickets for the kids.

The coliseum is amazing! The lines weren’t too long and we were able to navigate around the grounds on our own. We listened to an audio tour that took through the different levels and provided information regarding the specifics of the structure and its uses.

Visiting the Colosseum was a fantastic experience, you find yourself truly catapulted into history, definitely not to be missed. In any case, it is best to book well in advance and not two days in advance like I did!!!
I don't recommend this Tour, it's just the entrance ticket, just go to the official website and you have the same service for €18.00!!!
