I rented the 24’ vessel for my family of 4 (including 2 toddlers) after having an amazing experience renting from Tropical Boats in 2018. The boat is great and Nicholas was an amazing host. He called me 2 days before our reservation to ensure I felt comfortable with directions and went out of his way to ensure we had a great day. When we returned, Nicholas again greeted us with first class service. My kids wouldn’t leave until he gave them a hug. If you want to see the island your way and you have a boat license, this is the place to come.

Point 1: A captains license is required for any boat rental, this was not an issue for me personally as I had coordinated with them via e-mail. just wanted everyone to be aware.
Point 2: This is the real issue I had, for reasons I cannot explain I was booked on July 4, 2019. I input July 6th, 2019. I won't even be in Saint Marten on July 4th. I contacted agency minutes after I received the notification, they refused to budge, declaring "all sales are final and incur 100% cancellation penalties".
I only requested they move my reservation to the desired date. I'll find something else to do while at Saint Marten
