Fabulous experience !!! Our guide Eli met us in time and made sure we were in the queue for our timed entrance. The other queue was down the road and around the corner !!!! Highly recommend this for a fast efficient entry into an incredible museum

Easy! The young business owner called me ahead of time and met me personally to give me a ticket! Would use again! I waited for over an hour in the morning for entry but had to leave bc I had signed up for a painting class. I found this so was able to return in the afternoon to Gallerie Academia with a much shorter wait! (Still about 25 min - for timed entry)

The ticket pick-up location was easy to find, near the museum, and was a crowded place.
It was a skip-the-line ticket, but it took almost 30 minutes from pick-up to entering the museum. But it's a popular museum, so maybe that's unavoidable.
There is no tour guide after entering, but I think it's perfect for people who can't make a reservation on the official website and want to look around at their own pace without a guide.

In such a busy place, with thousands of tourists, having Denisa’s help was terrific. She found us quickly and got us to the right spot. We were so relieved to have some help! Going into the Accademia without a guide worked for us - we read and looked at everything at our own pace.
