I understand that foreign people are afraid to visit the poor area of Mexico City. It is true that there are very dangerous areas and they are not pretty to see.
I would like foreigners to open their minds and venture out of areas like Polanco, Roma or Reforma.
We will take the transportation that normal Mexicans use on a daily basis. Upon arriving at the first cable car station, we will begin to see the ghetto and its surroundings. At no time will we go down.
From that point, I will give you information about the different social classes in Mexico and why this country continues to be a place of poverty.
Likewise, we will talk about Mexican culture and its valuable people. Specifically about the people who live in that area.
You don't always have the opportunity to travel to a place like Latin America. So you have to make the most of the trip.
The tour is English and/or Spanish.

An amazing and very knowledgeable tour. The views from the cable car are so beautiful and the culture and people of Mexico are fantastic. My two daughters (13 and 14) enjoyed the tour and we all got along with Jose very well. We even had lunch with him afterwards and I tried some delicious pozole! Definitely check this tour out.

This little-known experience in Mexico City was one of the highlights of our trip. We were planning to do the cablebus on our own, but I’m so glad we did the tour as some parts would have been difficult for us to navigate on our own. Luis was a knowledgeable, caring guide. He made sure we were safe and taken care of the whole time, while also teaching us about the history and people of the area. The views cannot be beat, but beyond that, it was great to get out of the tourist areas and see how real people live in Mexico City. You also get a real sense of the expanse of the city. Highly recommend this tour!

It is definitely an unforgettable journey. Luis took us to the south part and we had a long ride with the cable car. During the journey, we discussed a lot about different aspects of Mexico. For sure worth to give a try.

It’s a unique experience for sure. Get to see the less flashy side of CDMX and life of millions Mexican people. It was also pretty safe that you were staying in the cable car the whole time.

Luis was a fantastic guide and spoke excellent English, he knew a lot about this part of Mexico City and provided a very interesting view on Mexico, their upcoming elections and general policies. The view from the cable cars was great, seeing the painted roofs of the houses, the scope of the city and learning about how this form of transport has helped the locals to get to their work safely and quickly made this tour very worthwhile. A really different tourist experience in Mexico City with a very knowledgeable and friendly guide.

Luis was our tour guide and my wife and I could not be more thankful that we booked this tour with him. His personal experience and storytelling about the lives of the people and the community that we were flying over enlightened us and helped us appreciate and understand the daily lives of the citizens of Iztapalapa. We highly recommend taking this tour only with Luis as he is patient with answering any questions you have while adding his own perspective and personal touch to your experience. We felt safe at all times and this is a tour you definitely should take, or at the very least, strongly consider.

What a fantastic experience this was!! José Luis is a delight through and through. He is super knowledgeable, fluent in English, communicates very well, and is the friendliest guy you'll meet. We had a perfect day - I loved the view of the colorful buildings, and the weather gods blessed us with blue skies!! I would do this all over again.

Please People don't take this tour is very expensive the reality is that only cost you 7 Mexican pesos like 3.dolars to travel in this teleferico come to.Mexico and ask how you can go to the teleferico in the subway and is going to be a lot better
