Very disorganized. We could not locate our tour. We were rushed through the ticket line and told to hurry but no one could tell us where to hurry to. I called the number on our tickets and received a message that the number was not in service. Total waste of money and time.

It was a complete disaster!! We were at the Alhambra an hour before the guided tour was to start. We went to the information centre to confirm the meeting point to cut a long story short we were sent to 4 different meeting points by Alhambra information staff. None of the staff had heard of Assari Tour group and we were informed that we had individual tickets and not group tickets and as a result we were not allowed in. A complete scam Tripadvisor should not be associated with this group.

Carmen, our guide was very professional and knowledgeable. She shared history facts as well as legends making a clear difference between them. The tour itself hits on all the points needed to then explore the city by ourselves with more knowledge and specific places in mind. The walk itself was very manageable.

We booked for 3 adults and 2 kids. At the entrance we found out there were no tickets for the children. We booked a guided tour, no guide to see, only a download link. We tried to call to correct the ticket, but nobody picked up the phone.

We were suppose to meet a guide but he never show up. We call the office and they email us the online guide and the tickets. It wasn’t what we expected. It is hard to get a signal so you won’t be able to use their website online. I would look at other company.

The 2 tickets purchased by you were supposed to give access to the Alhambra, the gardens, the Generalife and the Alcazaba with audio guide + The Nasrid Palaces at 10am. However, when we showed up at 10 a.m. sharp, we were refused entry because our tickets did not include these entries...! Indeed, the attached tickets received from Andazari Tours do not mention access to the Nasrid Palaces... There is deception on the merchandise! Either it's a mistake or it's theft! In any case I expect compensation from you for the damage caused, especially since we were not able to buy 2 tickets to visit the Nasrid Palaces because everything was full.
