Our Gin experience gives you a chance to explore three coastal gins. Native to St Andrews
Your experience will kick off with a classic gin & tonic before guests will be taken through a guided tasting flight.
As you learn about each distinctive gin, you will have the opportunity to learn about some of the key coastal botanicals - many of which are sourced local to St Andrews.
After the flight, you will select your favourite gin and our host will help you create a ‘perfect serve’ that’s designed to complement and enhance its flavour profile.

I went to the old course Eden mill experience. Was hosted by David he was very fun and passionate about the distillery and all of its products. Would definitely recommend this experience.😁👍

This was a great experience! David was really knowledgeable about the different gins and the best tonics to mix them with to get the best out of the gin. It was a lovely trip with family! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something to do in St. Andrews

Fantastic Experience, We had a really knowledgeable host who took us through the different Eden Mill Gins. The Old Course is a fantastic location. If you are in St. Andrews I would highly recommend giving this a try.

We have never really tried gin before so this felt like something new and exciting to try whilst having a short break to St.Andrews. It was a lot of fun, gin and tonic is now my new favourite drink, it’s so nice with all the different botanicals, didn’t realise just how nice it could be. Our host Rachel was brilliant and so fun.

We went over to St Andrews for lunch and a day out. We saw the experience with Eden Mill so decided to start our day off with this for something a little different. It was a great experience, sampling some gins and finding out a little more as we did this.
