The village in Eze was amazing. Our guide Alisee was a fountain of information and made sure we got the most enjoyment out of the experience and knowledge of the history of the region.

We visited Eze, Monaco and Monte Carlo and we were lucky enough to have Sonrisa as a tourist guide (her name already says it all) who, in addition to speaking several languages, told us every detail of the places in a very fun way. I recommend that you ask for it if you take the tour with this company. The truck was super comfortable and she drove very well. 10 points !

Eze was underwhelming (not the operators fault of course) they will skip the parfumerie to give you more time in the village if you ask. Guide was very friendly and engaging.

Our tour guide Noah was absolutely amazing!! He was so kind, professional, and knowledgable and made the whole experience extra special! We loved touring the charming Eze Village, and we were blown away by Monaco and Monte Carlo! It was the perfect amount of time to explore each stop without taking up the whole day. I would 100% recommend this tour...and ask for Noah as your guide!

I would rather spend more time in Eze or in Monaco than the 50mins stop in a perfume factory shop. Rest of trip was ok.

Overall this was an excellent experience. This was a small group, only 4 people. The guide was friendly, knowledgeable and did his best to accommodate individual requests

Our guide Sylvie was fantastic. She knows the history, the highlights, and all the roads in the area. She went out of her way to make sure we were able to experience everything. Thank you Sylvie!!
The strange part was we had booked a half-day tour, as that is what it says in the title of the tour. ‘Eze Monaco and Monte-Carlo - Shared and Guided Half Day Tour. So, without faulting anyone, we wish it was only half a day. Getting picked up at 8:45 am and dropped off at 6:45 pm is not half a day. So, although it was great value for the cost, it was way too long for us.
I still gave this tour 5 stars as Sylvie was fantastic and value for money was outstanding. And I’m sure most people wouldn’t complain about getting more than you paid for.

We booked two tours with this company over the phone on our arrival in Nice. We booked the Èze, Monaco and Monte Carlo tour - a half day, and at the same time we booked a full day tour - ‘West Coast and Countryside’ for the following day. We were collected very promptly on the first day from our hotel by a lovely driver Francis-Xavier, whose commentary and general personality was entertaining and enjoyable. The trip was a bit of a whistle stop tour- but that was fine and we enjoyed ourselves. The next day we sat in the hotel lobby awaiting the second tour driver. We had been told that they would arrive at 0850. No-one had appeared by 0910 so we asked the hotel reception to call Smartour and ask what the delay was. They apparently had no knowledge of our booking , despite the fact it had been made at exactly the same time as the previous trip we went on, which seemed a little odd! Neither did there seem to be any apology for their mistake - if a Gallic shrug is possible over the phone that’s what we got. So we went to Cannes and Antibes under our own steam. That’s why I am giving them 3 stars - the trip we went was enjoyable, the missed trip was an inconvenience and would make me think twice about booking with them again.
