Step aside Michael Phelps, Vincent is an amazing swimmer who took great care of us, and went above and beyond to find the Manta rays 😎 and show us all the beauty the lagoon have to offer.

We had a great day with Capt. Hiro and Bora Bora H20. Aimee was really easy to communicate with and helped us decide which boat to choose for a private half day trip for myself, my husband, and my parents. We knew that my folks wouldn’t want to snorkel so we wanted to make sure that the boat was comfortable and offered some shade.

When we met Capt. Hiro at the pier, he let us know that we had the option to cancel because the weather was not ideal. In the end, we maybe should’ve sent my folks back to the ship because even though they have been on boats all their lives, It was a bit rough and especially in a speedboat (there may have been a little silent backseat driving from my captain father when it got really rough and wet). It was cool how the front windshield and roof came together on the Four Winns and offered quite a bit of protection.

Hiro did a great job of finding us some snorkel spots that, perhaps because of the weather, were not crowded at all. At the first stop, he swam with us and a life preserver I think so that we could rest if we needed to, and then at the next stop, it was calm enough and maybe he felt like we wouldn’t need that backup. We also got to use dive fins, which was a treat – I felt like a mermaid! And it was great that they provided towels for my mom to bundle up in.

The Coral Gardens stop was amazing! If only the sun had been shining a little more… but still it was some of the best snorkeling I’ve ever done in my entire life and Hiro seemed to know that reef like the back of his hand, down to specific anemone. He was an excellent guide, showing us sea life that I would’ve missed otherwise. We’ve been lucky enough to snorkel in some pretty amazing places and this was the coolest to me for the clams alone! This is the one time I wish we’d brought our GoPro. Unfortunately, my little pouch for my camera wasn’t working great, but it was nice to just enjoy our time once I realized I wasn’t going to get any good shots. But if you have the chance to go, bring a good camera option!

I can’t say enough about how amazing Wilson and Vincent were with our H2O private snorkeling excursions. They are basically like marine biologists and clearly love and respect the sea life. They found manta rays for us (we saw EIGHT!), eagle rays, and countless fish. Wilson brought us to the most beautiful reef I have ever seen in my life – the colors were AMAZING – better than the Whitsunday Islands of Australia. While we were snorkeling, he would remove the seaweed from the coral that was competing for sunlight. You could tell he loved and cared for the coral. This wasn’t just a job to him, it was a passion. Vincent brought us to swim in the ocean! He showed us where the lava used to flow – which was insane. He also showed us all sorts of sea life (clown fish, eagle rays, and manta rays again!). They were both amazing captains. You guys MUST go on their tours. I can’t emphasize this enough – doing these two private excursions with Wilson and Vincent were the highlight of the trip!

My family and I had the most incredible experience working with H2O. First off, traveling with a young family, the team at h2o were more than amazing as they have young ones of their own. Truly helped with communication and feeling great with our booking. We are fortunate enough to have Hiro as our guide and he was absolutely stellar finding perfect spots for our family in our comfort of our two little ones! They fell asleep on the boat ride and Hiro was still able to let us know of amazing Polynesian tradition and legends! I cannot recommend them highly enough, so look forward to our next booking with them!

Rudy was amazing!! So knowledgeable, tailored the trip to our interests, and took us to beautiful spots for snorkeling!! Saw so much beautiful coral, fish, eagle rays, and a manta ray!

Easy, prompt, and precise communication with Aimee. Did a private 1/2 day snorkeling tour on their Four Winns boat. My family loved it! Wilson is an amazing guide and we were lucky to have him! We were lucky and saw the three main things: manta ray, coral garden on the west side, and 30-40 eagle rays “sleeping” in a group!

Our Bora Bora trip would not be the same without the snorkeling tour organized by H2O. Aimee was very helpful and responsive to my questions as we were planning the trip. We are not strong swimmers... well barely swimmers, so everyone was very apprehensive on the day of the tour. Rudy (our guide) was the best! He calmed us down, helped ease us into snorkeling, and towed us around for hours (!). Thanks to him we got the best views of marine life around the corral reefs. But as he would say - we were also lucky. We loved the experience so much that we quickly arranged for a second trip. Rudy was able to find us spots that were off the beaten path - we spent 20 mins in the water alone with a manta ray just swimming around us and then went outside the reef to ride with a pool of dolphins! It was magical. But it wasn't what we saw that truly differentiates this company. It is the warm hospitality shown by Aimee and Rudy which made our trip just so much more memorable. We even asked Aimee for help with recommendations for local stores on the island. Thank you for accommodating to our needs, and helping us make a connection with the island. We hope to see you again in the future.

Excellent snorkeling tour. Saw everything as advertised. Wilson was a skilled and knowledgeable guide. Even though the weather was a bit wet and windy we had a memorable trip. Highly recommend this service.

Had the most amazing morning with David. We saw Manta's, Eagle Rays, a lovely peaceful reef with tonnes of fish to see and just had a lovely time in general. The boat is fantastic and David made us feel special in the beautiful island of Bora Bora.
