To us, It’s about an experience. It’s about the welcome on arrival and departure, it’s about the unexpected joys, the feel good music, finding the fairy doors, walking under an 80 year old kiwifruit vine tunnel, patting a friendly giant rabbit while you putt around it, a sudden explosion of bubbles flying overhead, the world class native garden, the light shows, tranquil and serene in parts, and swarm techno lights in others, it’s a journey of experiences. It’s about standing on large volcanic rocks and admiring the 2,000 year old Rata stump from which water cascades into the pond as smoke billows out from within. This is why it is not unusual to have repeat visits of up & over 3 times while visiting, each experience is different and people leave feeling good!

We took our 10 year old ganddaughter on a brief holiday to the North Island of New Zealand. Her favourite experience was mini golf with rabbits! The thermal wonders of Rotorua and Maori culture were fascinating but the rabbits won her heart.

How good is a game of mini golf with some friendly Giant Flemish rabbits?
Super fun!! And they are such cute interruptions when they hop across the mini golf holes - you just have to stop and say hello.

We had a fab time. It’s a tiny bit rough round the edges but more than made up for by the BUNNIES!
The rabbits seem really relaxed, well cared for and happy.

Good activity, enjoyable, polite servers, cute rabbit's, not good on a rainy day, easy to find and get to from main road, definitely recommend taking kids.

The course was over very quickly, the holes are so crammed together I nearly hit the people behind us with my club whenever they would stand right behind me. The bunnies were a waste of money to be fair but they seemed looked after. The staff member was very nice though and offered us umbrellas, even though we couldn't really use them use to the cramped space.

The course was great fun, we went in the evening when it was dark and the fairy lights make it a great vibe! Obviously the stand out stars were the bunnies, they have hutches they can go in if they want to hide but they were all out on the course. They were all so calm and it made it so special!
