We were very fortunate to have Michelle as our Oslo Tour Guide. She made the tour very informative and interesting, with a good walking pace. My 80-year-old mother was on the walking Tour, and Michelle made sure the pacing was good for everyone with stops in between to talk about the highlights. My mother was able to keep up with no issues.
The meeting location is good, and the Tour was a wonderful orientation to Oslo. Michelle even stayed at the end to direct everyone to the best places to get chocolate, souvenirs, food, etc.
I had never done a Free Tour before, the concept is great, but keep in mind you should tip the tour guide. There were some on our Tour who did not tip, which I thought was very disrespectful. Michelle deserved all the tips she received and more.
Wonderful Tour, highly recommend. Thanks again Michelle!

This is a proper walking tour of the city centre area. Our guide, Michelle, was knowledgeable and communicated well with the group, which was a little larger than I would have liked. The tour went past the main sites in the city and lasted a little over 90 minutes. Would have no hesitation in recommending the tour.

A great introduction to the City. Our guide Jorgy was friendly, knowledgeable and her English was perfect. She pointed out places we might want to investigate further and we followed her advice to take the public transport boats to the smaller islands.

We didn't know much about Oslo so we booked this tour to get an overview. Our guide, Kamil was amazing- his love of the city was very apparent. The pacing was good and we never felt like we were running to keep up, even with a sometimes pokey 10 year old. Definitely saw the highlights of the city and learned a lot. My son collects foreign currency and was disappointed that almost everything is electronic now, and I will never forget Kamil's kindness when he gave him a few krone coins.

Enthousiaste gids. In slechts 2 uur kom je veel over Oslo te weten en krijg je een goede eerste indruk van de stad. Ook krijg je tips en helpt hij je om keuzes te maken als je beperkt tijd hebt.

I've been using Viator for years all over the world and have recommended it to many many people. This is the first time I feel duped by a provider. WHile I have no doubt Viator does its best to check out tours, I feel ripped off having paid for a free walking tour of Oslo. I was shocked on arrival at the meeting point to find it was a free tour after having paid for it. Except for me and my friend, everyone else of the 20 or so people were there for free. The guide could not explain why we had been charged and had no idea where the money went. Disgraceful!
