Sushi making experience at a hidden bar in Shibuya!
This cooking class takes about 1 hour 30 minutes.
First one hour, you can learn about sushi history and make Nigiri Sushi and maki sushi(roll Sushi) . After 30minutes, you can eat sushi you make yourself. After eating, you can take photos!
The local staff who have experienced all over the world will host with great entertainment. We conduct whole lesson in English.

Sushi making is not too hard, only if you get properly trained. We really appreciated the patience and enthusiasm of our teacher. She gently corrected us until we got good results. The fish was outstanding and our sushi tasted great. Which brings up the only negative of the class: you have to wait till the end to eat all the yummy stuff in front of you 🤣

I went to try making sushi with a friend. The sushi toppings were freshly delivered from Toyosu, and the rice was delicious. We had a great time.

Taste
The ingredients were obviously fresh and delicious. They change the ingredients daily, so it's great that you can come back and enjoy it!
Atmosphere
A small, cozy shop with only a counter.
The counter boards are made of light wood, there are lots of lights, and it has a bright atmosphere! The instructor was friendly and we had a great time talking!

It was my first time making sushi! It was surprisingly difficult, but as I continued, I got better and got used to it.
The staff were also kind enough to teach me carefully!
