Hendricks did an amazing job today. He was very easy going and really made a great experience for my family. He added some great details that made the climb much easier. Unfortunately the elevator to the summit had just closed before we were able to purchase tickets and they're going to refund that part of our payment.

Had Mohsina - honestly was not looking forward to it but greatly exceeded my expectations. You learn so much about the tower and it’s actually interesting, she creates a fun atmosphere that keeps everyone engaged, has a great energy. Climbing the tower sounded strenuous but was actually pretty easy. You also learn about the city itself and she gives you great pointers on other places to go

Really enjoyed the tour with Masha. She kept us moving and gave us plenty of history but it wasn’t boring. Would definitely book again! The stairs to the second floor wasn’t too difficult and there’s plenty of time to rest if needed.
