This experience was so fun. The chef was organized and it was really neat to be in his home cooking. He made good choices for what to cook and we all got to participate and there was four of us.. He truly made us feel like family. Served us wine. and water and even made dessert as well. It was a full meal. It was an incredible experience. I recommend everybody to do this in Palermo.

Gianpiero was fantastic! We made homemade pasta- ravioli and a tagliatelle with Sicilian pesto made from sun dried tomatoes and ricotta, and tiramisu. His instructions were clear and helpful, and he had a great sense of humour with great stories and information about Sicilian cuisine. He also provided some antipasti and amazing Sicilian wine. I now have some food to try out at home. I couldn’t recommend it more.
