Everything went well on the outward journey.
The return journey was completely disorganized.
Nobody knew which pier the ship was returning from.

If I could rate this company as 0 stars I would. Booked a “private” transfer for my family yesterday for €70 to Venice and back ( July 01). Outward trip fine. On return journey showed up for scheduled departure of 16:45 from San Marco at the correct dock. There was an Il Doge/San Marco boat there at 16:45 but it only allowed a private tour onto boat. Same boat/same staff as the morning trip. All other passengers not on private tour with the guide told to get out of the way. Staff on boat seemed to suddenly only speak Italian. They waved the passengers away rudely pointing off in the distance to some other vague dock and pretending they knew nothing and would not say where or when the scheduled boat would arrive. Passengers were pushed out of the way for the private tour. A lot of upset passengers and no boat at the scheduled time. Next boat was due at 18:00 ( 1:15 later!). Another Il Doge boat arrives around 17:30. Same story. Priority given to a private group and a handful of the non priority private passengers patiently waiting for the boat the 16:45 boat were allowed on to the boat. Finally we got on a boat ( at the same dock) at 18:00. Looks like the company is overbooking their slots and is prioritising “private private” tours with tour guides over people who think the are booking a prepaid ticket and reasonably expect the operator to run as per their published schedule or at least have the manners to explain to upset people what has happened. Very interested to hear the explanation for the poor behaviour and rude staff yesterday. Recommend taking another operator or the public boats!

Took the boat from Lido de Jesula to Venice. On the way back from Venice there was an absolute chaos with no lines under the burning hot sun. The tired crowd quickly realized that the boat was far too small and panicked so some were almost crushed in the ensuing frenzy while the captain watched down on the scared mob smiling. Probably half of those waiting were stopped by the private security guards, could not embark and had to watch the ship sail away knowing that they would have wait an hour or two for their next change to get back.
Confusing as there are tens of docks in Venice but the company has no signs. No organized lines for the passengers...
Felt like an amateur operation.
