Enjoyed immensely the Titanic Museum, a memorable & brilliantl exhibition. We did enjoy the Giants Causeway although a little under expectations. Thought we’d see the Causeway Swing Bridge as depicted in photographs. Altogether a little rushed. As the Titanic Museum was at the end of the tour we chose to stay back & walk back to our hotel. 90 mins allocated was not enough there, we stayed for 3 hours.

The sights to see were amazing but the tour guide, Gerard, was the worst I ever experienced. He needs more education or go on a few tours himself to see how a guide is suppose to interact with his guests. I joined the tour, which had begun in Dublin, in Belfast with about 10 others. The bus was a half hour late, due to traffic, and other stops took longer than planned as people were slow to return to the bus. At one stop, the guide told another guest who was already on the bus, that he’d like to tell the slow guest walking to the bus to “f*#@ing” hurry up but he couldn’t. We heard him use the F word twice. Terribly unprofessional. He did not greet us when we first got on the bus in Belfast or let us know the itinerary for the day. When we asked him about that he said he gave the itinerary as they left Dublin. A lot of good that did us! Because we were behind schedule all day, our last stop, which was the Titanic museum, was reduced to just over an hour. It was impossible to see this in this amount of time so we stayed and took a taxi back to our hotel in Belfast. An expected additional expense we did not appreciate. The poor people who had to return to Dublin did not have this option. The Giant’s Causeway was amazing and so was the Titanic experience, just don’t use this company to see them.

The tour lacked much of the history and culture of other tours we tried. Felt a bit unprofessional; guides had trouble getting people on to their correct bus, and did not seat people very well. Halfway through the trip, some were expected to give up their seat in order to give seats for people joining up later. Could be managed and planned far better.

Giants causeway was spectacular. The stops of Dunluce castle and Dark Hedges was very nice as well. Our tour guide, Quiggs, was exceptional and full of interesting information. My only criticism was of the Viator app itself. It wouldn’t let me bring up the tickets and I thought it was cancelled. We were scrambling in the morning and almost missed the tour. Thankfully our guide and driver were very accommodating.

The views were breathtaking. Our tour guide (Quig) was very knowledgeable and also shared his musical talent.
Definitely want to include this tour on your itinerary.

This was the overall best tour of our 12 day cruise!! Our guide Justin & driver Scotty were awesome!! Justin was incredibly funny & so knowledgeable about this area. They also offer pick up and drop off at the ports when cruising, which isn’t advertised on the travel sites. They were incredibly mindful of the cruise timelines and fit as much in as possible during our tour!! Be sure to ready to move and have your camera ready because you’re going to see it all!!

Perhaps not long enough in Titanic Miseum.Another half an hour would have been good.It was unfortunate that I caught my foot in the seating whilst twisting to obtain something from overhead locker.it slowed me down having a twisted knee and didn’t walk as far as I would have liked. But I enjoyed the tour immensely and bought a knee guard and pain killers after. It was full on but great and I’m very pleased I joined in Belfast and not Dublin😂thank you. The trip to giants causeway was wonderful and I didn’t mind not being able walk on the rocks.I loved the nature and ambience of being at such a beautiful place.Full marks and Caleb was interesting with his commentary and strangely I had heard some of his favourite music many years ago,so brought back nice memories.

We toured giants causeway as a couple, breathtaking to say the least. So grateful for the bus back down which was 1 pound each.

Had a great day! The timing for everywhere seemed to be enough to enjoy yourself. The walk down to the Giants Causeway was beautiful but took some time away. Going back up was difficult but the long line up for the shuttle bus was too long to wait. The Titanic Museum was very interesting.

Titanic experience, Belfast
A must for anyone visiting Belfast. You need decent flat shoes as it is a long walk throughout the building. I had seen exhibits many years ago when relics were first shown in Greenwich years ago, so I was thrilled to see how it all begun from the early years to the actual disaster in detailed form.
It certainly was an 'experience' to realise how workers were treated and how the ships were built. The 'ride' was fabulous.
However at the end of the journey there is the glass floor with the skeleton of the ship as filmed from the submersibles when she was located some years ago. It was so sad and emotional to see it just a wreck.
However, once you've walked down to the end of the tour you are faced with a huge wall with all the names of the men, women and children who lost their lives that awful April day in 1912. A very, very sad and thought provoking end to a fabulous tour.
