It was inexpensive, so that’s good
The narrator was very loud to talk over everyone which was a headache.
Not a lot to see from boat-I felt
Oh, drinks VERY watered down

Having used Viator for 10 years this was clearly my most disappointing experience. The narration was barely audible and looking at the sides of cargo ships was uninspiring. We cruised downstream for 20 minutes then slowly made our way back for 40 minutes in order to meet the 1-hour cruise guarantee. This was not the Viator experience I have come to appreciate

Nice ride but tour guide didn't give as much detail as we'd hoped about Montreal in general and it was hard to hear her. For the price of the ride, was expecting more history.

Complete waste of time. You see absolutely nothing and get zero commentary.
It's a scam to get you to buy extremely expensive drinks and food once you're trapped on the boat for an hour

Just very pleasant.. There is an on board tour guide who is very informative about history and the sites along the river. Also, food and drink are available. But I just appreciated being able to relax on a very busy vacation.

While visiting Montreal we decided to take a ride on this tour boat. We had a wonderful cruise around the Harbour. It was an hour tour but we didn't actually go very far.
When we tried to buy tickets, their employees were late, and nobody showed up at the ticket booth at street level. An employee from another boat company told us to go down to the boat to buy the tickets. Other than that, it was a lovely cruise.

I expected a lit bit more to see during 1.5 hr versus 1 hr cruise. Lunch boxes for purchase are offered on the cruise.

Very friendly staff, good nachos, boat ride was calm. boat was very spacious. I would say it is worth the time.

Disappointing that they were not prepared to serve food. They were out of nachos and all nuts. The boat ride was uneventful. Saw more docks than beauty.

Nothing really to see except for freight containers. Wind is blocked so just boiled in the sun, or could go to enclosed downstairs.
