We loved being able to make our own chocolate. It was so well balanced and well thought out. You learned more about the city than just chocolate. You get tons of chocolate but aren't even chocolated out by the end because of the strategic planning. We even went on one of the hottest days in Brussels and were still energized at the end. Learned a lot about chocolate folklore and the prettier the packaging, the crappier the chocolate and chocolate is healthy for you.

We had a great time but found the tour was a bit long on a summer’s afternoon. We were expecting two and a half hours and it went for three and a half. The chocolates were truely amazing and delicious. We thought we would be walking between shops but our guide took us to several local sights. It was a relief to sit and make chocolate confectionary after another long walk. Our guide was a fountain of knowledge but it was a bit too much too quick. We did not need any dinner that evening!

Everything about the tour was wonderful - the excellent chocolate, the history of chocolate making, the information Mark (our guide) shared about the city of Brussels, the extra places we went (oldest bar, statues, etc), the chocolate workshop, the beer tasting, etc.

Our guide was the best guide we have ever had. She was so personable, talked about her life in Brussels, asked about our lives back home, had a great sense of humor and knew her stuff. She showed us the coolest places and told of the legends and history of each place. I highly recommend this tour.

This was a fun tour. We liked getting to know some of the more authentic chocolatiers. The chocolate workshop is probably not a necessary part of the tour.

Great tour guide, nice guy, listened to everyone and did his best. Lots of info about chocolate didn't know there was so much to tell about it. I thought making chocolate myself was a bit dull, but also funny. Tasted delicious chocolate and saw a lot

Our guide was excellent! He led us around Brussels while giving us some history lessons, about the city and chocolate. the chocolate shop he chose was out of this world.

I loved visiting some of the better local chocolate places (not big chains) and trying some excellent, original chocolate pralines. Our guide shared some fun history and stories too. Loved meeting the other people in our group! It was a highlight for our trip!
