After disembarking a cruise ship and tour that ended at 1:30 with a flight not until 9 and the bag drop not open until 5, this lounge provided the perfect interim hangout. I used the lovely shower. Miguel A. was extremely helpful. The snacks are limited but can't beat the price when you have nowhere else to go with a shower, drinks and snacks included.

Reading some of the negative reviews on here, I think miss out on that the price and convenience of this was absolutely great! Alcoholic drinks and food was included, and the location was clean and comfortable.
My only issue was that it seemed very very popular and was practically full, but it was so much better than waiting in the standard airport area where the chairs were uncomfortable, noisy, and there were several panhandlers that were overly insistent on the "necessity" of my shoes needing to be shined (new balance mesh runners?!) and demanded payment regardless.
Would very much recommend, and suspect that having to pay for only 3 hours was mostly due to the popularity. If I were to return I would gladly pay the amount (35USD, but you could get a 35% discount signing up for smart traveller app). Only regret is we didn't make the choice to stay longer (we had a 10hr wait for our flight before the Gate was opened).

Miguel the manager and team provided excellent customer service. Food are prepared hot as you order and not buffet style which makes it special. Coffee was excellent and the variety of drink options alcoholic or non alcoholic.

As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the attendant who informed us how to register on the App and was very helpful with all our questions, a 10 for her service. The room is beautiful, very comfortable, bathrooms clean and fragrant.
However, there are very few options on the menu, there is no buffet, we have to order at the counter, where we wait a while, as some food will still be heated. The day I went, the options were: mini chicken knee and pastry (mini messsmo), natural sandwich (half a slice), mini pizza and mini chocolate quiche for dessert.
Given the reputation this room has, I expected to find something much better, all the others I've been to had much less fame, this one is 10 to zero.

No white wine, no juices, food with few options. Bad staff serving drinks.
I paid for vegetarian companion access and managed to eat only potatoes.

The room is very beautiful, large, lots of seats and when we arrived it was quite empty. After a fee to enable the app and gain access, we were well served, but disappointed with the food offered. Very little variety in the morning and there was no cake or pie. In much smaller rooms I have found much more variety. I liked it but didn't love it!

Nothing special. Minimal food and drink options. This was my second time visiting and both times it was crowded. Some of the furniture is old and broken, also not very clean. If it’s not included in your ticket, it doesn’t worth paying for. Better food and sitting options in the airport. If anything, this lounge is a stressful and crowded place rather than a place to chil before the flight.

The Plaza Premium Lounge had an attractive fit-out and seemed to have a reasonable food and drink offering.We were directed to the lounge as the One-World Lounge (American Airlines-LATAM ) was not open at the time visited. I would not have paid the entrance fee had access ot been free.
