We had the best time! The audio was entertaining and the visits were so convenient! We enjoyed picking and choosing where we got off and then loved the convenience of hopping right back on!

This tour was very amazing and informative. This tour shows amazing views and the beautiful city of San Francisco. The hop on hop off feature of Big Bus really helps with that.

If you want to have an extraordinary experience, book this tour. It was amazing, and had good descriptions of the sights. I learned a lot. The drivers are very polite, compassionate, and every one we had tried to make our experience above and beyond. We went on it a couple times and each time was very enjoyable. I would definitely book this again, and I recommend you do too!

PROS: Friendly staff and drivers, and provides a convenient way to see the highlights of SF, good variety of drop off locations. Saved me so many steps. Good commentary and free earbuds to listen
CONS: Over packed, and long wait times between buses - they need more buses for passenger numbers. No shelter, signage or seating at bus stops - would be a concern for older or those less mobile. Bus tracking app not accurate - it didn’t show the bus I was riding on. Driver bought bootleg cigarettes from man at a bus stop. It’s a slow loop, so even having a two day ticket didn’t inspire me to ride it again - once was enough.

The Big Bus tours are a great way to explore the city, especially if you have people in your group who cannot walk very far. All the bus drivers were very friendly and helpful!
My only recommendation is if the tour could get closer to a few of the attractions, such as the Painted Ladies. If street restrictions are an issue, consider updating the brochure to let people know what to expect. Also, communication on when the last shuttles run could be better improved. We had to Uber back one night because we found ourselves stuck at midpoint where the buses connected on the last shuttle of the night that didn’t go all the way back to where we picked up the shuttle.
Overall, highly recommend this as a great way to see the city for people who can’t walk far and want to remain in the AC.

Great views from the top; good route with frequent buses running so not much waiting. The pre-recorded information que was “cheesy” and felt very “Disney-like” for children. Somewhat boring
