Even with the inconvenience of not being able to visit it in the usual way due to the official visit of a senior leader, the afternoon was magnificent.
When there is little time and a lot to see, I consider it a great advantage to turn to this group of professionals. Detailed and entertaining explanations.
I will keep them in mind for future trips.

Our guide Fanni was very knowledgeable and did a great job on our tour. It was a relaxed pace and we were fortunate to observe the cherry blossoms. The cake shop was yummy. Fanni picked us up at our boat and got us back after a fact filled tour.

Our guide Lazlo was terrific. Very knowledgeable and informative. We enjoyed learning the history of the castle and Hungary.

Our tour guide, Esmet picked us up promptly at 9 o’clock at our hotel and walked us through our neighborhood, pointing out various sites and giving us hints about what sites we might want to visit as well as good food recommendations on popular local delights. She directed us to retro Langos, which was delicious, and then to the First Strudel House of Budapest for some different strudel. You can see them making it and offer several varieties Traveled up to Buddha castle, and she took us throughout the grounds, explaining everything, very knowledgeable about the history of Budapest. Our tour culminated at a typical coffeehouse, where she ordered coffee and cakes for us, and then departed. The cakes were phenomenal as was our tour guide. We would recommend her highly! Hope you’re lucky enough to get her!

Leslie was beyond and I mean beyond knowledgeable. He was also very funny and a pleasure to be around. He made this day a memorable one for sure.

Lazuli was a great guide. Charming and funny. Have a balanced view of Hungarian history of over 2000 years. Saw all the highlights as promised on tour ad. No rush. We throughly enjoyed the tour.

In a word, Fanni was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and thorough with her explanations ot the somewhat complicated Hungarian history. Also very personable. Just the right combination of history and personality. Highly recommended.

A huge shout out to Norbert for being an exceptional guide as he helped to walk back time from “then to now” as we strolled with him through the Castle District of Budapest. His historical perspective and personal anecdotes really helped to bring to life the incredibly rich and challenging history of this wonderful place. We left our tour feeing like we made a great new friend. Looking forward to our next visit :)

Great tour in the castle district area with Rita. She is a wonderful guide, funny, grew up in the area and you can tell that she loves Budapest.
Would definitely recommend this tour.
