This was a great way to be taken somewhere different. Georga was a superb host. We learned a lot about Hungarian history, ruin bars and Budapest life. Loved the bars we visited. Would recommend this trip.

Fabulous tour last night with Frank our tour guide ( ? Frenz -sorry cant remember exact Hungarian name )
It was just the 2 of us on the tour so we had many conversations whilst we explored the bars. We loved learning and seeing all the bars and highly recommend taking the tour.
Frank was able to accomodate my requests for Hungarian Goulash and now i'm just waiting for him to send me his Mums home goulash recipe please. We would neve have been able to experience this on on own so great to have done the tour.

We wanted something unique to Budapest and found this tour on Trip Advisor. It was awesome! There were just four of us and our guide Ferenc took good care of us. He took us to five pubs and each were different with lots of charm and character. We learned so much about the history and origin of the ruin pubs and surrounding area. Highly recommend!

Highlight of the trip!! I chose not to drink and still had a great time. The guide was knowledgeable and fun, and offered interesting history on the area, and on each ruin bar. Highly recommend.

Perfect trip for a bachelor party. Our tour-guides were absolutely friendly and told us some good hints about the nightlife of Budapest. It was a delight!
