The Do Eat Better Experience food tour is a walking tour around the historical center of the city. The tourist is guided by a Foodie, a local buddy able to explain every detail of the selected restaurants, their preparations, and the relevant history/curiosities.
Do Eat Better Experience tours are a mix of high-quality gastronomy as a way of showing Italian culture and lifestyle and a walking experience together with a local friend. This is the reason why we accept small groups only: we want to focus on a genuine exchange and give to each tourist the highest attention possible.

Our guide Nadia was really friendly and great! She took care of our dietary needs and made sure she talks about the history and culture of palermo during our walk. She also introduced us to the markets and took us to some of the best local foods. We really enjoyed the panelle and the granita!!

We had a great experience with Carlo! The authentic Sicilian food he chose for us was so delicious. Carlo is very knowledgeable and we learned a lot about the history of the food. This tour was a highlight of our trip. We had such a great time.👍

My wife and I did the street food tour of Palermo with one of the city's enchanting inhabitants, Annalisa.
The walking tour was a great success, trying a variety of traditional Palermo dishes.
Annalisa's street food knowledge was very impressive, and her historical knowledge of the city made for a very entertaining few hours.

We had a fantastic street food tour with Carlo. He took us to places we simply wouldn’t have been able to navigate to on our own, and it was a fabulous introduction to street food in Palermo. Along the way we were able to see the historical and cultural treasures of Palermo too. Carlo was a great communicator, and even our ten and twelve year old said they had a wonderful time.

Die Streetfood-Tour mit Annalissa war sensationell! Tolle Einblicke in die Essenstradition Siziliens mit den örtlichen Spezialitäten. Dazu hat uns Annalissa vieles über Palermo und Sizilien erzählt. Sie hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen für uns. Alles war sehr persönlich und überaus nett. Kann die Tour mit Annalissa jedem empfehlen, der Palermo und das Streetfood von Palermo besser kennenlernen möchte. Vielen Dank für den tollen Abend!

We did the Palermo Street food tour with Annalissa on our first full day in Sicily. More than just a tour to taste typical sicilian food, Annalissa gave us a great insight of the history and culture of the island through various stories and explanations. She also made us visit some great local places full of local people. This was a great kick start of our holidays and Annalissa offered to stay in touch in case we needed any help or advice during our week in Sicily.
Local and passionate about her island, she is a credit to this tour we would highly recommend her and the tour to anyone. Thank you.

Annalisa hat uns die besten Locations für sizilianische Leckereien gezeigt und uns dabei auch noch viel über die interessante Geschichte Siziliens und Palermos erzählt.
Wir können es sehr empfehlen um einen tieferen Einblick zu bekommen.
Verbesserungsvorschlag: Mehr Stops bzw Getränke konsumieren - z.B. Kaffee, Aperol, Bier.o.ä.
