Overall, the experience was good. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I have been snorkeling for 45 years, raised in the keys of Florida. 2 of the 4 snorkels we rented were not working properly. When we returned and told the staff they just said sorry and put the faulty snorkels back with the whole lot of them. Beautiful waters, gorgeous reef, fun to kayak. Struggled breathing while watching a turtle because of bad equipment.

We recently rented beach supplies and kayaks for our day at Kailua Beach. The team at Kailua Beach Adventures was highly professional in all aspects of our day. Every person was consistently thoughtful and collaborative in helping with our day. When some things didn't go as planned because of weather, the entire team (and particularly Brian), worked to help us have a great day. If you need anything for a beach day in Kailua...GO HERE!!!

Very windy so kayak out was challenge! But very worth the trip to flat island! Very pretty view and awesome things to see. Kayak back was EaSY! Natsue was helpful in the store! Highly recommend and will return next time we are in Hawaii!

No promised plate lunch, BBQ restaurant not open. Given kid sized bikes, they were too small to pedal, had to walk them part way. Very hard to get kayaks to ocean. Polluted dangerous canal water, warned by locals. Beautiful beaches though. Stunning nature.

The tour was mostly great, with friendly helpful staff in the shop. Unfortunately the promised Plate Lunch was not available which was bad for me, as I am allergic to gluten and couldn’t have pizza, sandwiches etc, had to settle for a salad. The BBQ place was not open as stated in the description. We were warned several times by locals that the water in the canal is dangerous and don’t go in it if you have cuts/ scratches. Luckily another tourist helped us drag our kayak over the giant hump of sand to the ocean, (Mahalo!), as the narrow opening from the canal to the ocean was partially blocked. Staff would not help with this. The bikes were too small and it was so hard to pedal them, we had to walk them part way to the beach. Once we were at the beach/ in the ocean it was golden.

Such a good day, really fun!! The staff are super helpful (Marty at the desk and the guys that help you launch and come back in at Lanikai) You get lunch included and the use of dry bags, snorkel gear, coolers etc

Husband and I went while visiting Oahu. Company was very organized and professional. Had a blast kayaking out to the islands. I was the one place we could go where we weren’t around crowds!

Accidentally booked for the 25th and showed up on the 26th. Staff was very accommodating and hooked us up anyway. Family kayaked to Popoia Island and to Lanikai beach. Windy conditions but still pretty easy paddle. Good snorkeling at the beach. Really enjoyed and would book with them again.

The self-guided tour was a great way to spend the day with the option of using kayaks, snorkel gear, bikes and boogey boards. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the store was well stocked with some great deals.
