You can experience making matcha at a specialty shop of matcha sweets.
Enjoy the mild flavor that wipes off the image of "Matcha is bitter." It uses the carefully selected ichibancha, the first plucked tea leaves of the year, in Kyoto.
Please drop in easily while shopping and sightseeing in Asakusa, and spend a relaxing time with a cup of matcha and Japanese sweets.

This was such a fun and informational activity and our instructor was super friendly and funny. I really enjoyed learning about the process of making my match from growing to harvesting and producing to then be able to taste the final product.

We really enjoyed the whole experience: exploring different matcha grades, fascinating information about cultivation. The highlight, of course, was a preparation of vibrant and vivid Matcha! The flavour of the ceremonial grade matcha is unforgettable!
