We waited for 20 minutes no one came to pick us up. After calling for a while we were told that someone will come in 20-30 minutes. We had a flight to catch later and no time to wait for them. I asked for a refund and was told to sent them our tickets proving that we were supposed to be picked up at 8 am. I did and never heard from them again.
