Driver did not show up even after countless calls and emails was sent to the vendor. It was 11pm and we were left STRANDED in a new country.

John and team had to wait 5 hours for our delayed flight from Lima, but were very friendly, professional, courteous, and polite anyway. During the drive to the hotel, John explained many things about Cusco and gave us a good overview of what to see and do.

Great transfer !! Our plane was an hour late and Carolina waited for us and was there waiting for us with sign. Helped us get all checked into our hotel.

Wehad a great experience with this service. We booke well in advance of our travel and rexeiced up-to-date communication from the company. Prior tonarrival the guide contacted us via email and Whats App and ket us knkw he woukd be at the arrival
terminal with a sign. He was, and on the way to the hotel he gave us some insight on the area ans places we should. Highky recommended.

The pickup and transport to our hotel was outstanding. The contact was waiting at baggage claim with a cart for our luggage. We were led efficiently to the car, driven to hotel and luggage unloaded to us in the lobby. On time, efficient and outstanding service.
