Excellent trip. Crew was great very helpful and nice. Great time snorkeling using the noodle gave some in our extra sense of security. My sons saw an eel and barracuda. The drinks on the ride back onto port were delicious .

This review details my recent experience with Fury for a snorkeling trip. While the underwater world is fascinating, my experience with the company itself was far from ideal.
Firstly, I was not informed about the prerequisite of being able to swim for the snorkeling trip. This crucial information was absent from the booking process and website description. Had I known beforehand, I could have made an informed decision.
I requested a refund. The company's response was not only unhelpful but also dismissive. They claimed it was my responsibility to check for prerequisites, despite their lack of clear communication.
To add to the disappointment, the customer service I received was unprofessional and lacked empathy.
Overall, while I cannot comment on the actual snorkeling experience, the lack of clear information and poor customer service left me feeling frustrated and misled. I would strongly recommend that Fury revise their booking information to include essential prerequisites and improve their customer service approach to ensure a more transparent and positive experience for future participants.

We had a blast! Trip was very well run. Crew was fantastic. Boat is kept is pristine condition. Trip to back and forth from reef was great. Snorkeling was wonderful. Highly recommend Fury. Will definitely seek Fury out for future adventures.

Staff was professional and average. Disappointed the tour was just barely over 2 hours when it stated 3 hours. Boat was nice and clean.

We recently did the coral reef snorkel adventure with Fury Water Adventures in Key West, Florida, and it was great! We purchased the excursion through Carnival Cruise Lines, and it was definitely worth it. That said, it might be better priced if booked directly, and it's conveniently within walking distance of the cruise port.
The snorkeling experience was amazing—we saw vibrant coral and a ton of sea life, including sharks and barracudas. The crew was phenomenal—fun, personable, and very professional, ensuring we had a fantastic time.
I highly recommend Fury Water Adventures for anyone looking to snorkel in Key West. This adventure was a highlight of our trip!
