Everything about the experience was wonderful. Easy process, staff very helpful with route suggestions and gear, and simply very friendly and good doing business with. Bikes were in excellent, like new condition. We have rented bikes on many different vacations and this was by far the best. Highly recommend!

We chose the la salle island 3hrs tour, mostly flat and quite easy to do for both beginners and experts. Lots of places to have lunch, or just lay flat out on the grass or on benches watching the view out on st.lawrence river. the bikes where tech. in good order and made the ride smooth. I rented from this company 10 years ago, and would gladly rent again in another 10 years time.

The staff were very helpful and informative. My wife and I had booked the afternoon 3 hour tour but ended up hiring the bikes for the whole day . The advice from the staff at CaRoule was spot on. The hybrid bikes coped well with the uneven city roads and the gravel paths along the shore line

Our second time renting here in the last few years with friendly, helpful service. I stopped in the day before and they recommended reserving online the day before with a discount. I mentioned where we were planning to bike as a family and one of the gentlemen there gave me a map circling a route he recommended I take for where I was going, which I was thankful for as my original route would've been terrible for my son who'd just learned to ride a bike!
We rented a hybrid bike, e-bike, and children's bike and were provided helmets, locks, and bungees; staff there never rushed me, they answered all my questions and gave me helpful advice on whether I should get a tag along or bike for my son. (We went with the latter for which I'm very glad we did.) They walked us through all aspects of the bike and if we ever needed help, blew a tire, etc. (they will come to you).
Located in Old Port, the location allowed us to bike to several areas - we ended up going to the Circuit, Parc Jean Depreau, and Marche Atwater. One of the highlights of our trip again, I look forward to returning on future visits to Montreal.

Convenient, quality bike rental. We stopped in the day before to inquire about rentals and they indicated that we should reserve ahead of time to ensure they had bikes for us. Easy check-in the next day - our bikes were tagged and ready for us. Bikes were in good condition. They provided maps with bike routes. Overall very satisfied!

We booked two E bikes online for full day rentals. When we arrived in the morning, our bikes were already set aside for us. We were on our way within 15 min. The bikes were in great shape and had no issues with the batteries lasting the whole day. Mostly riding at level 2-3 of assist made the biking pretty easy. Bumped up to 5 for a little extra speed once in a while. We biked over 50k - took the paths along Canal de Lachine around along the St. Lawrence River, across the Samuel De Champlain bridge, onto Norte Dame island where we road on the Grand Prix track, onto St. Helens Island and back across through the shipping ports. Would highly recommend.

Excellent bike rental — prompt and friendly service; bikes well-adjusted and in excellent repair. Montreal has wonderful bike trails, and this rental shop is right on the beautiful Old Montreal waterfront bike trail along the river.

The service was excellent. The whole process from reserving the bikes to picking them up and dropping off was easy. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
The bikes were in excellent condition and well maintained. A great experience overall. We will definitely rent from Ca Roule Montreal again!
