1. Dublin
Departure for this tour is at 7 AM from Starbucks Café, 1 – 3 Crampton Quay, Dublin D02 EW97. Please make sure you arrive to the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure time.
2. Cliffs of Moher Visitor Centre
Cliffs of Moher and heritage site. With an arrival time of approximately 10.45 AM, there are 1.5 hours allocated to this attraction. All passengers are given a ticket by their guide to enter the Visitor Centre. Take a rest break and grab a lite bite to eat before heading out for a walk along the Atlantic Ledge. Beautiful scenery along the Cliff top with abundant wildlife. Your tour guide will offer lots of information as to where to go and what to visit along the walk and on some of the best locations from where to take the best photos dependant on the seasonal changes to the sunlight. While there your possessions on tour are securely locked in the coach and the same seats will be allocated for the duration of the day.

Dating 1415ad, this is the most complete and authentic medieval castle in Ireland. Originally a Viking trading site dated 970ad, you will see lots of medieval features, tower houses, raised entrance door with draw bridge over river, murdering hole over main doors, loop holes for bow and arrow, basement prison with ceilings too low to be able to stand, secret trap doors to drop unwanted visitors through impaled on spikes. 1646: as part of the Irish Confederate Wars in the "Wars of the Three Kingdoms" of most interest to American visitors is the siege of Bunratty Castle. The English forces commanded by Sir William Penn held the castle but alas was defeated. His life spared by the Irish forces. His son was born later in America went on to found Pennsylvania. The Folk Park is set on 26 acres: rural farmhouses, village shops, streets, recreated & furnished as they appeared at that time according to their social standing.
4. Ennis
Ennis is the first town in Ireland accredited with the prestigious International Purple Flag Award proving Ennis' claim to be the Friendliest Town in Ireland. It is also known as the Boutique Capital of Ireland. Ennis town has long been renowned as a centre of excellence for shopping. There are also old traditional bars to enjoy a light lunch while possibly even enjoying some traditional Irish music. Your tour guide on the day will offer a complimentary 20 minute walking tour of the town. It´s your choice to join in if you wish, but we do feel it is a nice experience to join the group and maybe make a friend! Most people would also choose to have lunch in one of Ennis´ traditional pubs.

This was a really great experience. There were great stops and we had enough time in each one to enjoy all aspects of it. Our driver Sergio was great and made the whole ride comfortable. Our guide Tom was also great and very knowledgeable while making time for each person and giving them recommendations for even after the tour on things to see/do!

The sites were impressive and I’m really happy we opted to take this tour. Our driver, Conner, was friendly and gave us a lot of general information about Ireland and Irish history.

The cliffs are magnificent despite having drizzly and cool weather. We had a good deal of time to explore independently.

I would have enjoyed more background information on the castle and the history of the ruling family from the guides there, or perhaps an audio guide to find out more details.

Tolle Tour zu den Klippen (absoluter Must See!!!), zu einer 600 Jahre alten Burg mit historischem Dorf (mit Schauspielern) und einem kleinen typischen irischen Dörfchen mit tollen Pubs. Die Reiseleiter haben immer mal wieder eine interessante oder auch kuriose Geschichte, damit einem auch bei der Busfahrt nicht langweilig wird. Bus ist modern und bequem und wenn man die Distanz und die Eintrittspreise sind die Preise auch absolut in Ordnung und nicht überteuert. Teile der Tour werden von den Reiseleitern geführt, manche durch die lokalen Mitarbeiter und es bleibt immer genügend Zeit auf eigene Faust etwas zu erkunden.

Ha sido un tour excelente, bien organizado,fui con mi familia,nos llevaron a lindos lugares y casi que viajamos en el tiempo cuando llegamos al Castillo y su pequeño pueblo, nos encantó el trabajo de Kevin y la paciencia de Marko, volveríamos a repetir cualquier de los otros tour de Dublín con ellos.

The cliffs were great. Amazing views. Ennis was a nice stop for lunch. Not much to see there but it broke up the long drive back. The Castle was really cool and the establishment was well maintained and hanging there for 2 hours was perfect. The only downside to this trip is that it’s a very long drive back and forth and you are in the bus for half the trip. However that can’t be avoided if you want to see the Cliffs. Our tour guide Darren was great and super polite and accommodating.

Our family of five took the bus tour to the Cliffs of Moher/ Ennis/ Bunratty Castle. We had Dave and Marko as our tour guide and bus drive respectively. Our guide told us so much about Irish history and architecture. Dave was friendly, entertaining, and very informative. Additionally, they took us to a lovely local pub in Ennis that had some of the best food we ate on our trip. Our driver Marko was a very skilled and safe driver. I definitely recommend taking this tour since it was very memorable for our family.

Darren was a fantastic tour guide and driver and would very much love to have him again on another tour. I enjoyed going to Ennis and Bunratty compared to Galway, where many of the Cliffs of Moher tours end up going. Highly recommend this tour!

Great Tour! Our smaller bus was more comfortable than bigger bus tours. Our tour guide, Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful. I liked that he didn’t make us feel rushed at our stops.
