We booked this tour for the day we arrived in Nice, France. When we woke up the day we were supposed to leave for our trip, we had a text from American Airlines stating they'd changed our arrival time by an entire DAY. We immediately emailed this company telling them what was happening and that we wanted to reschedule (not cancel) our tour with them because due to our flight change, we wouldn't be able to make the scheduled tour. The company did not respond to us. We then reached out for a second time, explaining our flight change and new arrival time and that we'd need to reschedule our trip and they told us that it was now inside the 24 hour cancellation window and there was nothing they could or would do to help us out. They took our money, didn't respond in a timely manner and were in no way interested in doing the right thing to help us during an event that was completely outside our control. Viator was of no help either.
Beware that if anything outside your control changes, this company will not work with you and will do the bare minimum to communicate with you. Find another tour company to work with...there are plenty.

Being with Xavier. He was wonderful in navigating our time with difficulties of traffic congestion. We were able to see things before the rain and even celebrated what we didn't see because of the rain.

Our girl group thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Our driver, Mac, was terrific. He was knowledgeable, flexible and provided us with a world-class experience. The Fragonard perfume factory stop was interesting; the medieval Eze village had great views, history and shopping opportunities. We asked a lot of questions and Mac was able to field all of them. Monaco was crowded but Mac knew how to navigate the myriad tunnels to get us to the palace. He provided local history and news and gave us a great all around great tour. He even came back to our pickup location two days later when one girl left her jacket on the van. (This was above and beyond service.) The company, Liven Up tours, was top notch. They provided safe, clean vans and a terrific driver/guide. They are highly recommended!

Rayna (sorry if misspelt) was our lovely guide/driver. He was extremely accommodating with our itinerary and we managed to see more than expected. The sights are beautiful and we had a good amount of time enjoy each location. The ride was very comfortable/clean and safe. Thank you!

Zara our guide was amazing, she personalised our excursion catering for our specific needs and requirements. Nothing was too much trouble and she over and above our expectations. Zara used her expertise and vast knowledge to ensure we got the most out of the trip.

Our guide did an excellent job from start to finish. Arriving early to our hotel for pickup. Valuble information along the way even diverting a little to try and find Starbucks in Monaco. Would definitely recommend

We loved visiting Exe and and being able to have a dramatic view of Monaco from above. Thanks to our wonderful guide Kerry, we even went higher with great views of the French Riviera
