Pete was fabulous, extremely knowledgeable on history and entertaining personality. Pete took pictures for us and was attentive to explaining the architecture and culture.

Our original guide called in sick. New guide offered non-private option or cancelation. Chose to go. Our guide was extremely prepared and very interesting. At conclusion we were left with good direction on how to continue on our own. Good experience.

I was excited for this tour having been to palma several times and done my own exploring as well as a segway tour I was hoping for something different.
Our guide had some good local info of the old buildings and quarters etc but we paid for the cathedral to be included on the tour but turns out this does not mean a tour of the cathedral. Our tour therefore was only approx 2 hours and then we were left to walk around the cathedral on our own

I don't recommend this specific tour to anyone. I had canceled this tour, along with having problems of their app on line and still they charged my credit card and refused to refund any charges. There are many other customers that are complaining about this service and hopefully they will do the same. I have gone through my credit card to argue the fact and my monies will be refunded this way, especially when I have an email stating that I canceled my request within the cancelation policy. Very bad business.

Our tour guide Michael was excellent. We loved learning so much about the history and architecture. Highly recommend this tour. Also recommend getting tickets to the cathedral with your tour prior to the tour date.

We have visited Palma many times and thought we knew it well. But we didn’t know its history and so decided this time to get a guide to fill in the missing bits!
Albert was a fabulously knowledgeable and fascinating guide. He is a historian and his ability to tell the story of Palma from the first Roman settlement to the present day is extraordinary. His attention to detail brings everything to life and we discovered parts of the City we had never seen before.
It was a magical three hours which went far too quickly. If you would like to really understand Palma and its history then Albert is your man!
