The guide was not good at all. We asked for a spanish speaking guide. Palma is a spanish speaking place. The guide spoke very bad soanish.
She was not knowledgeable. She did not seem to have a lot of knowledge in history , she was unsure about data as well as schedule. Not at all as we expected. Our guides have been a lot better in all of our trips. We requested a partial refund and it was denied by Viator and NoFrills, unwilling to make up for a lost day.

Katharina was an excellent tour guide. She was very energetic, flexible and personable. While others wanted to have lunch, she took us around Palma de Mallorca to see additional sites. Valldemossa was a nice town (views, shopping) and worth the trip.

We had a fantastic day in Mallorca! Palma was lovely and rich in history. Valldemossa stole my heart. What a gem of a town. Dori was extremely informative and very knowledgeable.

Peter and Maria are truly the dream team! Maria was perfectly prompt, warmly welcoming and drove us everywhere safely and efficiently. Peter gave one of the best tours we’ve ever had; he brings his witty, warm and kind English demeanor to his thorough, efficient, well-researched, fun and enlightening tour of Mallorca. He is as well versed in the history and culture of Mallorca as a local would be and he points out countless details throughout the walking tour that leave you feeling well versed and well acquainted with Mallorca. His tour guide etiquette (considering shade, bathroom breaks, walking pace, logistics/timing of the tour, etc) is absolutely stellar! We couldn’t recommend this dream team highly enough!!

Peter our tour guide, asked if we wanted to change things up due to the weather being so hot. That worked out great. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Great trip to do from cruise ship. So much nicer than big coach bus

Our guide Dori and driver Maria were awesome! It was a great introduction to Palma, hitting the highlights. Valledemosa was a highlight. Such a quaint mountain town and we enjoyed eating lunch and exploring the streets and shops on our own

Excellent tour guide and beautiful city. We were able to see all of the highlights of Palma de Mallorca and Valldemossa. Tour guide was informative and driver was courteous. I highly recommend this tour!
