An ok trip. Guide was not helpful in understanding even the necessary details for the sites visited. Felt rushed.

The tour was good value for money. The tour guide was funny and was precise in keeping time. Windsor is beautiful, Stonehenge is stunning.I would recommend it. All day journey, but worth it

The guide Chris was rude. This was in utter contrast to the driver Simon. A friendly man. Chris would not respond to simple queries like which areas we are passing through. Even when told that I some times found his accent a bit difficult for my ears and missed some important points, he would not deign to respond in a proper manner. His arrongant attitude marred my experience.
I have come accross so many nice guides during my visit of England and Ireland. You should not be a guide, if you don't love your work. You don't adopt a head-master like attitude consider your job delivering a monologue.

It was a very good trip with Pauly as a very entertaining guide with a lot of knowledge. And Lucien took us to the places smooth and safe and sound. A good experience of all three places and not waiting to much in line. Five stars!! :)

Great tour. Well organized. Our tour guide Pauly and our driver Nathan did an amazing job. Pauly was extremely knowledgeable keeping us well informed about the logistics of the journey and the history of our surroundings.

So much with with Anna Banana. She was the best tour guide. So much fun and hilarious jokes and really knows her stuff! Lucien was such a great and safe driver! The sights were great and got blessed with good weather! Love England, great choice for family but I don’t recommend this for young ones. You’re on a bus for long periods and it’s not fair to other travelers to listen to babies scream. Get a sitter.

Great driver and good tine management and enthusiastic guide. Really appreciate the staff! The sites themselves were less impressive but maybe normal for such tourists sites and packed schedule. Thank you.

I would high recommended Ivan and Hussein. They did an excellent job. Ivan was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided additional recommendations for dinner options in London. Also, Hussein was a courteous and safe driver.

This trip was the most harrowing trip of our life. The tour guide (Mr. Pablo) assigned by Golden Tours was rude to our group of 10 (6 Adults and 4 kids all aged under 13). During the trip he also neglected our queries and asked us to not bother him with any issues while he was happily talking and addressing to issues of other nationals. I feel very sorry to say that the company has preferential treatments.
Our bus had broken down at Stonehenge and we were asked to wait for 1 hour (which we happily agreed) as the company was arranging for a replacement bus. However during our entire waiting time our group enquired about the bus for almost 4-5 hours to which he never gave a firm answer. It was only after 2 hours that we got to know that not only our tour to oxford was cancelled but he left our entire group which included 4 kids at Stonehenge, without intimating despite us waiting at the place suggested by him.
Luckily the technical staff who was present there to repair our original bus had called the tour guide and asked him to come and pick us up.
Upon questioning him, Mr. Pablo insulted us and made fun of our intellect in front of all the passengers of the bus we were accommodated on.
Please note that stonehenge is a very faroff and a desserted place from where u dont have an easy access to any public transport and we were left their purposely by the tour guide with small kids fully knowing that the bus he left in was the last bus for the day.
This incident was reported duly to the company on 10th June right after the incident via email and also on their call centre but we haven't received any revert from their end yet despite stating the seriousness of the situation. We also visited their office personally the next day morning but they were least bothered about the incident.
It is difficult to explain our enitre ordeal in this review but I would sincerely request you to please avoid any bookings via this tour company especially if you are an Indian as the company and the tour guide don't appreciate Indians on their tour.
I have no second thoughts in terming them as racists.....
