The tour will start at the Golden Tours office from Victoria where you will meet your guide at 7:30am for 8:00am departure. Golden Tours is London's foremost sightseeing company. 2. Windsor Castle
As an iconic part of British culture, the beautiful Windsor Castle is one of the must-visit attractions in the UK. Steeped in history and overlooking the delightful town of Windsor, the Castle is well-documented as the Queen’s favourite royal residency. Explore the historic Castle in all its glory including the exuberant State Apartments where you’ll see artwork from some of the world’s most legendary artists, Rembrandt and Leonardo da Vinci, and discover St. George’s Chapel, the resting place of the notorious Tudor King Henry VIII and his third wife Jane Seymour. You will also get to see the exquisite Queen Mary’s Dolls’ House that defies belief – a miniature structure complete with functioning lifts, running water and electricity!
3. St. George's Chapel
St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle is one of the most beautiful ecclesiastical buildings in England, dating back from 1475. The Chapel has hosted several Royal weddings for centuries, with the most recent being the ones of Prince Harry & Meghan Markle from May 2018, and Princess Eugenie & Jack Brooksbank from October 2018. The Chapel is also the resting place of the notorious Tudor King Henry VIII and his third wife Jane Seymour. St. George’s Chapel is usually closed to visitors on Sundays as services are held throughout the day. Worshippers are welcome to attend the services.
4. Stonehenge
This world-famous, prehistoric monument is as much mysterious as it is inspiring with its meaning still questioned to this very day. Speculations suggest it could have been a way to worship the sun, a burial ground or even a healing centre for those ill of health but this is your chance to piece together the facts and come to your own conclusion on the mystery of Stonehenge for an extended visit! This legendary setting will be sure to live long on in your memory.

• Face coverings are no longer mandatory in Windsor Castle, however they are encouraged.
• Download the audio tour in advance, please search for the ‘Stonehenge Audio Tour’ in your App store, until further notice.
• You must bring the e-ticket provided to gain entry to this tour.
• Our vehicles are modern, comfortable, and kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, including a deep clean every day.
• During peak periods, additional vehicles without Wi-Fi may be used. Windsor Castle is a working royal palace and planned closures/disruptions may be subject to change.
• When the State Apartments are closed the Precincts, Queen Mary’s Dolls’ House and the Drawings Gallery will remain open.
• St. George’s Chapel is usually closed to visitors on Sundays as services are held throughout the day. Worshippers are welcome to attend the services. Windsor Castle closures: 25 and 26 December – Castle completely closed.
• Windsor Castle is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. A walking tour of the town will take place instead.
• Due to on-going roadworks between Gloucester Road and Victoria, your tour will end within a 3 minute walk to Gloucester Road Underground Station. This station is in Zone 1 and is three stops Eastbound on the Circle Line or the District Line to Victoria. The Piccadilly Line also runs through Gloucester Road and is 5 stops to Piccadilly Circus.

The coach was very comfortable and had wifi, a toilet, and air conditioning. We had plenty of time at both stops to see everything and grab snacks or a meal. The tour guide was very nice but a little hard to understand at first. He gave good directions to find the coach bus at the return times.

Regina was great and knowledgeable. Very enjoyable experience, although was a bit rushed as we only had max one and a half to two hours at each location

Highly recommended! I went on a day bus tour to Stonehenge and Windsor Castle with my cousins. We booked it very last minute but were lucky to get spots for the next day. Our driver, Eduardo, and guide, Oliver, were fantastic. Eduardo drove safely, and Oliver provided excellent commentary. The time at both Stonehenge and Windsor Castle was just right to see everything.

Firstly bus broke down on the motorway snd we were stuck there for over an hour and a half. Had to stay in the bus as very dangerous spot with traffic speeding by. A replacement bus took over then. Our tour guide Pauley literally dropped is at the 2 venues and brought us to starting points losing half the people on the way due to walking too fast and unclear details where he/we were going. He gave some information on the bus as we traveled.
The tour I would consider was only transport and finding way around venues up to you solely. Then he asked for tips!!!! Also drop off after your different location to start point.

Tour guide and driver were nice, I only have one complaint and it's a deal breaker. The tour left from Victoria Station, but dropped us off at a station two miles away so the driver didn't have to go back through the city to get back to the depot. I think this was pretty crappy, and crappy enough that I will never book them again.

My day with Golden Tours got off to a horrible start, they canceled my scheduled tour, rebooked me on a different tour and did not let me know, Oliver and his team of drivers turned the day around. I ended up going to Stonehenge and Windsor Castle. Oliver the tour guide was informative and personable answering all questions with a smile. We had enough time at both stops and the locations were interesting and enjoyable.
